Once you have selected your puppy, you will pay the noted deposit amount. Deposits CANNOT be financed; you will pay that directly to us and the remainder to the finance company. ​ You can apply for financing here: Terrace Pets Financing ​ All you have to do is apply and be approved, Terrace and I will take care of the rest for you! Here is the step-by-step process: Once you apply for the remaining amount after the deposit, Terrace will reach out to me. I will approve the information application and then you will finalize the application with the for approval. Once approved, I will be notified and send them an invoice for the correct amount. I will also send them a copy of your deposit contract and health guarantee for your particular puppy. Once the invoice is processed, Terrace will reach out to you to finalize the contract. ​YOU MAY ALSO PAY AS MUCH AS YOU WANT FOR THE DEPOSIT AND FINANCE THE REST! For example, if the puppy you want is 4k total and the deposit is only 1k BUT you have 2k in hand and want to put that down... you may pay the 2k as your "deposit" and finance the remaining 2k.

We accept deposit payments via Venmo, Apple Pay, Paypal, Cashapp or you may use a credit/debit card via Square (which will charge you a 3% processing fee, we will send you the invoice). A puppy will never be held without a deposit. FULL AMOUNT DUE AT PICK UP IN THE FORM OF CASH ONLY. We also have been approved for financing (see below financing).

If you are interested in using one of our studs you should contact us with the following information on your female: age, heat cycle background, AKC registration proof, health testing, pedigree, and proof of health clearance from a veterinarian. This is the bare minimum we require to use our studs because we want to only support good breeding habits and healthy puppies.

Once we help you pick a stud, you will place a deposit that applies towards the stud service and sign our contract. Our stud services vary based on confirmation, color, and health. At this time we will go over the entire process with you to ensure everyone is on the same page and we can successfully complete the breeding!

When your female goes into heat you will contact us and begin progesterone testing while sending us updates on your females levels. Once your female is ready to be bred we can locally meet and perform artificial insemination. The collection and insemination, if performed by us, is included in all stud fees. We can also overnight ship chilled semen directly to your vet or home. We guarantee a litter of 2 live puppies at the age of 3 weeks old to be a litter. If your female does not take we will rebreed without paying the fee again. We want to help you have the healthiest puppies and be successful.

We accept waitlist deposits for THREE spots from any future litter. 1st, 2nd and 3rd pick of the litter can be reserved at any given time. If you KNOW you are ready for a puppy and want to be placed on the paid waiting list, please contact us to find out if there are any available spots. Waiting list deposits are $100 and you will be sent a deposit contract for a future puppy. If your dream puppy is born and it’s your turn to pick, you will have 48 hours to make your decision. Once you have decided on a particular puppy, you will be sent a NEW deposit contract for that specific puppy and a remaining 900 will be due to hold that specific puppy. Your total deposit of $1,000 will come off the price of the puppy. If you have a pick and a litter is born but your dream puppy is not produced, your deposit will be transferred to the next litter until you choose. If the person in the 1st pick spot has passed on a litter, the 2nd pick spot will have a chance to pick, if they pass then the 3rd pick gets to choose. If you have a general idea of what you want but you are not picky about sex or color you can choose to just be in a general line on the waitlist and get the next available pick. You do not have to pick a specific breeding. The paid waiting list can be found on the Waitlist page.

THE BEST WAY TO PURCHASE A PUPPY FROM WISEMAN FRENCHIES IS TO SIGN UP FOR OUR WAITLIST AND EMAILS! My puppies are first come first serve starting with my waitlist. If not picked from the waitlist, the puppy will be listed as "Available" on the website. I will send out breeding announcements from the beginning of heat up until all puppies are sold. If you've been selected to place a deposit on a puppy, we will email a deposit contract for that specific puppy to you. You will be required to read, sign, and email the signed contract back to us within 24 hours. Your deposit will then be due (deposits range from 1k-2k depending on the full price of the puppy). IF YOU ARE SENT A CONTRACT AND DO NOT PLACE YOUR DEPOSIT WITHIN 24HRS, THE CONTRACT WILL BE VOIDED. All payments are nonrefundable but can be moved if applicable. You can always pay ahead of time or in payments but full payment is due by pick up date on your deposit contract.

At 8-10 weeks of age you will get to take your puppy home along with a puppy package put together by us, our vet, and other supporting companies we use. This will include a folder from AKC containing paperwork, Trupanion insurance, vet records, relevant genetic testing, parents records, health certificate, health guarantee, and more. We provide lifelong support and mentorship to everyone that supports our dogs and breeding program. All of our puppies come with a 1 year congenital/hereditary written health guarantee as well as an optional 2nd year. The listed price of each puppy is their current price and will indicate pet home or full AKC (breeding rights). We, along with our vet will determine if a puppy is breeding quality or not based on confirmation and health. If you are interested in breeding rights, you will need to purchase full AKC registration. * We do not sell full rights to everyone, and we select the dogs allowed to purchase full rights. If you do not pay for full AKC breeding rights you are required to sign a Spay/Neuter contract.
